This is a very poor performance by PDL, his punching is very sloppy and he seems a lot slower than I recall from previous fights and a lot wider

    5th Rd: 10-9 De Leon
    49-46 De Leon
Escobedo started the round well, moving and countering. DE Leon comign on stronger at the end, could have went either way.

RD 6 escabedo rallies, hits de leon w/ a nice right and attacks the body, de leon has a mouse and possible small cut under left eye...still swingin hammers... escabedo keeps putting his head low and deleon pushes it down every chance he gets....escabado lands 2 more good right hands....10-9 escabado rd 6

At the end of the fourth, he was tryin to put a combination and all of a sudden his right hand looped like he had some kind of armour. Obviously, Escobedo is outa there when he tries to load up on his ass.

De Leon doesnt seem to have lost a lot on his punches this fight. Just volume punching this fight.

Nice right hand by Escobedo near the end of the 6th round, I might give him that round.

DeLeon looks confused almost. Like Escobedo is frustrating the hell outta him right now.

Lotta mayorge-esque tomahawk chops by Ponce.

Its hard to land clean when the guy you are fighting is for the most part on his bike like Escobedo is.

It was all his round into the last minute with beautiful right counter-shots and he's getting bolder and coming on more, even as De Leon landed a kidney punch that hurt Escobedo as he turned his back a little.

Escobedo fighting his round in the 7th, more controlled, De Leon not offering much.
