    First fight of the evening

    Prospect versus an opponent

    4 rounder fight.

Opening round. Dargan is the prospect, Shows a crisp jab, really pushes into it, pulls straight back from punches though, reaches a bit with the right hand.
Valdez fighting in a mexican style, throwing hooks, gets knocked off balance by a right hook. Both guys are cagey.
Dargan has potential, speed, good jab. He has to set himself for his punches though. Slips a big left hook to the head, turns Valdez around.
Valdez actually drives Dargan back with a 4 punch combo of hooks, Dargan pulls straight back, gets hit in the chest.

Vadez is mexican, Dargan is black, for anyone who wants a visual. Fight is light Welter I believe

Round 2 Dargan popping Valdez in the face with the jab. His trainer is Nazim Richardson. Dargan doing his best work in the cetner of the ring. Valdez just throwing hooks. OH, staggering uppercut from Dargan on Valdez, followed by a straight right. Beautiful work right there
Valdez gets hurt, but stays on his feet. Seems to have at least an average chin. Dargan and Valdez on the ropes, getting some counters in. Dargan getting shots in though, better of the exchanges. Big left from Dargan, crisp combos, Valdez is stil pinned on the ropes.

    End of 2nd round

3rd round, Valdez fighting from southpaw stance.

And he gets caught with a right hook. Dargan with the jab, not very light on his feet Dargan is, could bounce a little more. In good shape though, shuffles a bit much. Right hand to Valdez's face, he is hurt. Dargan again with the right hand. Valdez is still in southpaw. Dargan does a good job with the jab, whips it around Valdez's guard. Valdez has dropped his hands, Dargan working the jab, the southpaw stance is throwing him off a bit.

    End of round 3

Dargan is patient for a young pro. Valdez does have a good chin. Thought he'd go down on one of those straight right-hands.

Dargan has impressed so far. Patient, looks relaxed in the ring, has decent hand speed, knows how to use his jab, set up his power shots.

    4th round

More of the same from Dargan. Dargan has Valdez on the ropes, looking for openings. Valdez gets away, gets backed up again. Valdez isnt doing **** but getting hit. Dargan needs to up it and get this guy out of here. Dargan with a big right hand, Dargan rakes him with the right hand again.

****. They should have let Dargan drop him. Ref stops it. Valdez was hurt, not out on his feet. Damnt

Oh well TKO 4 for Dargan
