Round by Round for Golota/Adamek from Poland...Anyone???

Round 4
Adamek allowing himself to get cornered more often now...a little less bounce in his step, having to block a lot more with his gloves. Golota momentarily hurt, Adamek flurries...could risk punching himself out. Golota stalks him with hands low, reaching out and batting away any punches and looking for an opportunity to find Adamek's face with a right. Golota leans his whole body forward with a jab, Adamek steps to his left and punishes him. Adamek making a mobile target, jabbing, ducking and jabbing again, straightening out, moving laterally. Adamek sort of walks into a short right hand while jabbing but it wasn't a fiercely thrown punch, too slow to cause any damage. Adamek pecks at Golota's guard with his jab. Golota swinging wide and grabbing Adamek's head when he misses. Ref yells at him.

Adamek is 5-0 up with a knockdown too.

Adamek's punches look kinda weak, he's relying on speed and boxing ability. Golota isn't getting in any position to punch and he's slow when he does, Adamek is avoiding them.

 

Golota took a BIG breath near the end of that round. Bet he wishes he was in the 240s instead.

Golota needs to grab,lean and wrestle more..................Adamek isnt big enough to hang if Golata is willing to keep it inside

3 -1 Adamek, but Andrew is starting to land on him and I don't like his reaction of trying to fire right back instead of moving. He is starting to become more and more stationary. I think he is going for the KO too much, but he got the round on activity.

 

4-0 + a KD for Adamek. Golota blocked a lot of his shots in that round but was just covering up and hardly threw anything at all back.

 

The Golota in there is no where near the Golota of the past
