Marquez already figured him out by the 3rd round, the guy is that damn skilled, but imho he still loses to Pac in a close fight.

Close rounds at times... but as the fight went on Diaz's volume punching became less and less accurate and JMM was smashing in counters all night long.

That uppercut was key here.. and contrary to belief, Diaz didn't punch himself out, JMM's accurate blows simply busted him up and worn him down and out.

I had Marquez two rounds up before the KO.

I actually thought Marquez could knock him out in the previous round when he took Diaz's leg's for the first time.

I knew Marquez would KHTFO after that.

Marquez is oeonen of the most accurate and deadly finsihers of all time along with being one of the best and most accurate counter punchers ever.

Marquez is ****ing incredible and a vicious finisher!

that was the best ive ever seen diaz fight. have you ever seen marquez get hit that much? no, because no one, not even pac, has touched him up that much. give the man his credit!

 

Early on, when JMM would get trapped in the ropes he would trade with Diaz. I think by the 3rd or 4th round, he started going under and around Diaz whenever he would get trapped.

it just proves that both jmm and pac are great fighters, and a third fight isn't that far away
