I had the fight 9-3 Pac but he fought a lousy fight. His combinations, punch output, accuracy, and ferocity have declined. He's grown old overnight and can't pull the trigger anymore. He goes into a defensive shell and takes body shots and his wild misses made Bradley look like a defensive genius :-(. All Floyd has to do is keep him at range, pivot with his left foot, and use some head movement and stoop when the wild punches come, then counter when Pac is off-balance (which he inevitably will be).


Pac should quit boxing and do religion and politics full time because at this stage Floyd will humiliate him over 12 rds something like 10-2. Pac is no longer listening to Roach and his skills have regressed to being the same one-dimensional fighter with a wild straight left. Marquez created the defensive/counterpunch blueprint and Floyd will master it. And this is coming from a huge Pac fan.

 

Regardless, many people and those in the press corps didn't watch the HBO broadcast and scored Round 1 for Pacquiao. Go do a little research. Doesn't take much effort.

Yes, it's pretty dumb, and ignorant, to think everyone who scored the first round for Pacquiao was influenced by HBO. You might have an argument if they were they only network who covered it. But that's not the case. Not even close. Lazy.

And why the hell was Pac obsessing over a basketball game and delaying the fight? That's clownish behavior and utterly disrespectful to boxing fans and his opponent.

 

Apart of the reason he got jacked imo. He must have annoyed the judges. Don't purposely **** people off who have power over you
