Typical Ruiz, lead with the head, throw and clinch... send the cockroach back to Puerto Rico. He's gotten enough gift decisions.

I can't believe people on here let their hate cloud their vision that much that they are calling a clear victory for Valuev a robbery. Just tells me what it's worth when they are screaming robbery for fights I didn't see. The jab was very effective, constant output through the whole fight, doubled and even tripled, snapping Ruiz head back. Ruiz' "tactic" was falling in with his head down throwing a punch without looking. Occasionally he landed a punch but that was it. 4 rounds for Ruiz if you're being generous. Valuev hurt? WTF :patsch If Valuev was supposed to be hurt by one of Ruiz punches, Ruiz was in severe pain for most of the fight.

The 2nd round pissed me off THE MOST and just turned me off, I already knew this was going to be a robbery so I just sat back and waited for the fight to be over with and this alien gets yet another "business" gift. Ruiz should have been credited for a knockdown in the 2nd there are no doubts about it but expected such rubbish, I swear if Ruiz would have slipped after a punch or something he was going to get a count. ****ing disgrace, but to be even more fair Ruiz has a heart of a lion, he went there TWICE expecting robberies and was chasing this guy like he was a midget when it was the other way around. It was Ruiz welcoming exchanges and getting the better out of him in every exchanges they had, he was pressing the fight all the way to the end when Valuev was throwing jabs like he knew that's more than enough to secure an already scripted robbery. They're just keeping this alien to feed him for someone else and something tells me it will be Wladimir or someone from their "stable", getting too predictable now.

So you're saying his jab AND ONLY THAT was better than the big punches Ruiz was throwing and landing?, 4 rounds for Ruiz?!, get out of here man.

Pitty-patty in comparison to what Ruiz was throwing, if you think jabs and only jabs win you fights when your opponent is constantly charging in throwing and landing different type of punches then you must be crazy or just hate the man.

Enough said, now **** off, I'd rather discuss with people worth discussing with to be honest.

No, I'm saying the jab was the deciding factor, everything other was about equal, Valuev landed about as much, or marginally fewer, power punches as Ruiz.

The clinches were from both fighters, Ruiz was the one starting exchanges in there and opening up to land his own bombs, Valuev was just backing off and throwing jabs that wouldn't hurt ****. You can't compare solid hooks, uppercuts, solid body punches and affective aggression with ****ing JABS and ONLY jabs.

lol. people ***** about wlad holding. valuev is far worse. dude engulfed ruiz anytime he came close. ref didn't warn him enough. the pt deduction was for leaning on his back i believe. yeah, king will look to rematch john ruiz, wait on chagaev or fight some c-class hw.

And Valuev has very little power. less than i thought. As Joe would say,"He can't punch ****!" :good

Sadly I can't score a fight for someone who is throwing and landing punches that aren't planned to hurt, Ruiz was the one throwing AND LANDING powerful punches with venom. Even in the olympics they won't give you rounds for throwing and landing punches that don't have enough power behind them, Ruiz was the one doing that and he was the one fighting like he has something to prove with Valuev being lazy and backing off at times, especially the championship rounds where he showed exhaustion and Ruiz showed the opposite by continuing to go forward.

Please note that I said what Valuev had to offer in this fight were pitty patty in comparison to what Ruiz was throwing and Valuev' face is the proof.

Wladimir knocks this guy out or outclasses him completely, they won't even make that fight.

That quote really exposes you, Valuev's stamina is one of his biggest assets and Ruiz looked axausted after the 4th round, you're really being riduculous.
