UFC light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones followed some serious criticism after his hit and run incident. With Jones out of scene, who is considered as one of the best or perhaps the best MMA fighter in the world, Ronda Rousey stands next in line to occupy the prestigious MMA pound-for-pound rank. http://www.*****.co.uk/rousey-rises-to-pound-for-pound-queen-as-jones-is-stripped-of-titles/ Do you think she deserve this?
In my opinion the women should have their own P4P list because having her on this one suggests that she is technically and athletically capable as her male counterparts which obviously is not the case. Even if you compare Rousey to the male champions and top contenders at 145, 135 or even 125 she would get beaten very easily by all of them.
Laughable. Plenty of guys who aren't even pro would annihilate Rousey in seconds, you simply can't compare women to men, the gulf is huge.
im a huge ronda rousey fan and think she is capable of being the best female fighter ever in her weight class but to mix her in the pound 4 pound list with the men is not right , the list should be kept separate , its just going to cause controversy and be detrimental to her achievements . a lot of male fans have trouble even excepting that females are in the sport , mixing ronda in with the men just sparks even more animosity .
Its actually embarrassing that they would try to mix genders on a p4p list and then expect ronda being on the list to be anything other than comical.
The hysteria continues. I'm so repulsed how that unlikeable, cringe worthy thing is being forced upon us.
