    i just read this page - http://www.rosstraining.com/articles/strengthtraining.html
they just explain it, and only cited a very few drills.

Can anyone give sample exercises for
    Maximal Strength
    -?
    Explosive Strength
    -?
    Speed Strength
    -?
    Strength Endurance
    -?

and how to know what you are lacking? my coach just teaching me proper form for punches, but he is not giving me any drills to increase my fundamentals for boxing.

Hey mate, welcome to ESB. First of all don't worry about your fundamentals, just train whatever your coach tells you to do and if you want to train again simply set up any type of training session you would like, the Maximal Explosive etc. won't be as important cause if you a beginner (im just assuming) then theres alot of room for you to get better in any field so just do whatever you can. Later on you will get into more detail.

just read rosses books, titleboxing dvds with freddie roach on upperbody, lowerbody and core etc.. here you can find some great things too, and do what you do on trainings.

    explosive - plyometrics
speed - lot of shadow boxing, sprints and finishing drills
srenght endurance - burpees, lot of core excercises

Thank you. i only meet my coach once a week, and i do mitts with him in that session because a monthly fee is too expensive. im really not satisfied with him, i told him my legs are weak and need to strengthen it he just told me "your legs shouldn't be weak", not giving me any drills/routine to make it stronger. i tried all the possible boxing gym i can go to after school and he is the best. the other famous gyms are too far from my place. so i'm thinking to build my strength, endurance, etc first by making my own routine while he is there to teach me the proper form of punches and some techniques. then next year i can move to a different house and go to the famous gyms. i really want to join amateur boxing fights.

There are a hell of a lot of exercises for each. You're asking for a strength training program which is a bit more complicated than going to the gym and doing a lift or two for a few sets.

What do you expect your coach to do BTW? He's a boxing coach. If you can only see him once a week I'm sure you'd be pissed if for that one session a week he started getting you doing just strength training instead of boxing.

Summary this is what I go with .Never sacrafice skill and condition for strength is a good one and usefull .Strength is important but it means boxing skill and condition are more I think .If I neglect any it's alot of strength .Infinite intensity has good we mini strength circuits .Example 12 fingertip pushups 12 neck bridges 12 squats repeat 3 to 4 times .Got to admit though I could be going with a right good weights session atleast once a week but bodyweight training does me

Train the body as a unit, not a collection of small pieces
Focus most of your time around compound movements
    Develop a strong core
Incorporate variety into your strength program
Do not limit yourself to one modality
    Target multiple strength qualities
Steer clear of failure when training for pure strength
Never sacrifice skill and conditioning for strength work
    Focus on quality over quantity
Keep strength workouts brief, 2 to 3 days per week
