rowing machines??

    i have seen many fighters use them. how good are they? if they are that good i will definetly buy one(eventually) lol

    i use them sometimes as part of a interval circuit, they are pretty good, not a must have but good.

    are they better than treadmills and bikes? im looking for something small for cardio that i can do when its snowing and cant run.

    The rower uses your entire body in the movement so yes, it is better than the treadmill.

    Why can't you run when it's snowing out? some people enjoy it.

    I read it was all Naseem Hamed would do for cardio. I don't remember if it was in his younger or later years though.

    the good things about rowing machines is you work on cardio and muscle at the same time. if you use the correct technique you work your back, shoulders and arms
