    Which is bad spot to get caught.

    There's a reason why punches to the back of the head are illegal in all fighting sports.

    True, it wasn't deliberate, either way unlucky for roy but at least it will help him retire for good.

    Yeah the punch didn't even look hard, but it doesn't take much power with a punch to the back of the head to mess a person up
     
  4. Yeah. I noticed Green was going after him viciously when Roy was on the ropes with his back turned as well. Fair enough Roy isnt supposed to turn his back, but still.

    Side of the temple, same spot as against Johnson.

    Exactly, i seen it and the super slo mo replays it was smack bang on the side of the skull no where near the back.

    I can only go on the quality footage that i saw but it looked like Roy was ducking the punch and got clipped right behind he ear, sort of towards the side and back of the head.

    Its still a legit win by Green though no matter where the punch landed.

    Wow...Roy just can't take a punch at this stage. And Green is a big, strong guy at that weight.
