I don't get it Johnson and green both landed weak shot to the left side that ko'd roy .... Roy got hit with much harder shots in the johnson fight that didn't even stagger him... Who is sparring this guy ?!?!

Did you hear Danny Green's comments about how after Roy went down and he went in for the kill, Roy was making all these weird grunting and moaning sounds?

    That's ****ed up.. :-(

It's something going on with the left side of his head.... Those punches shouldn't ko him

Yeah, it was only a glancing shot. ****, imagine if he had been hit flush on the temple like against Johnson.

Roy has completely lost confidence in his ability to take a shot. It's really just that simple.

Roy was hit in the back of the head actually. Which was kind of his fault for turning into it. But it was foul punch that did the damage. That could have happened to anyone.

So he decided to jump down to the canvas and roll around? Then played like he was hurt taking shots for the next minute until the fight was stopped? Really?? :huh

I didn't see the fight. I'm just stating what I know to be factual. Some people like to say that Roy was always glass jawed and never really took a shot before Tarver...Not true. I saw him hit plenty of times in and around his prime. I remember James Toney blasting him with a huge flush right hand that didn't even seem to phase him, but that's when his confidence was at its peak. He doesn't think he can take a shot now therefore he can't.

Both punches landed hard. And in a similar way. Roy did not effectively turn away from the punch and it landed clean.. I am surprised that punch didn't land more on Roy in the last few years.
