Roy Jones and Hopkins go at it

:rofl:rofl That was hilarious when RJ actually called in.

I could listen to these two intellectuals go at it all day.

 

Hopkins was nice for even entertaining fighting that has been. Hopkins is taking on top level comp while Roy is once again trying to resurrect his badly faded career by scraping the bottom of the barrell. I'll give him credit though, guys like washed up Jeff Lacy are still better than the civil servants Roy was abusing when he was supposedly the pound 4 pound king.

Both want to act liike they want to fight eachother but both are terrified of losing to one another.

What the hell is wrong with Roy???? He sounded like he was on speed when he first got on the phone He said "this is ROY Jones" about 20Xs! I would pay a PPV fee to watch press conferernces with these two, Oh my god if they added James Toney and Floyd Mayweather to the conference call I would've died :rofl:rofl

 

All bull**** aside, these two got love and respect for each other. Thats why Hopkins went to see Roy in his dressing room after the Calzaghe beating.

 

He was talking so fast because of all the stuff he wanted to say after Hopkins was dogging him for 20 minutes. :rofl:rofl

 

More like Hop went to tell him RJJ it was lucky they both didn't face a prime Joe Calzaghe.

It was funny listening to Hopkins duck and make excuses of fighting RJJ because after Lacy , he realises RJJ is still as prime as ever.

Well, yeah, he doesn't know much football. McNabb is one of THE "elite" QBs in the NFL, bar none. Only a fool would suggest Vick over McNabb.

 

Hopkins is dreaming if he thinks a fight with Dawson is bigger than a fight with Jones. Roy is coming off a pretty good performance, the revenge factor etc, makes a super PPV fight for two old farts. If he doesnt realize that hes a fool, but Im sure he knows and deep down I think Roy is right and Hopkins doesnt want the fight. If he loses it erases a lot off his legacy and he knows it.

 

If this fight was made this would be the best 24/7 ever. :yep
