On topic again though, we'll have to see how Jones does in this fight but it has to be said Trinidad hasn't looked good since Mayorga and when was that? Got to pick Jones for this one but I wouldn't be astounded if Trinidad connected and knocked Jones out. If Jones has got his confidence back and imposes himself I don't see any reason why he can't beat B-Hop again. Anyone suggesting Calzaghe would 'hurt' Jones is talking out of their arse, Calzaghe isn't even a big hitter - Jones power is far superior to Calzaghes and I'd suspect Calzaghe wouldn't like the taste of it either, should the fight happen. Prime Jones absolutely wipes Calzaghe out no doubt, Joe knew it too which is why he kept his protected cowardly arse at 168.

I hate to say it as well, but the same is becoming true of Mosley. People have argued with me,, saying they haven't noticed, but honestly I think Mosley's speech is starting to sound a bit different. He's not quite Meldric Taylor. But its very subtle, and it IS there. I'm REALLY worried about him. I wish he'd retire to that his kids and wife could enjoy being with him fully for the rest of his life.

    Six years ago.

    And he would have won.

    Now, slim chance.

Not quite Meldrick Taylor is the understatement of this young year. Unless Shane stepped into a time machine sometime between the filming of his HBO "Countdown" and the last time you heard him. I never heard Shane speak during his amateur days so my reference point might be skewed some, but he's still coherent and completely understandable. That being said, I also think he's proven enough. With a wife and kids, I'd hate to see him get hurt.

As for Roy, he sounded fine on FNF the other night. WHAT he said might have been reason for worry, but not how he said it.
