I never want to see RJJ fight again, unless it's for charity with headgear and oversized gloves.

Damn he was hit harder than I thought. Someone needs to protect this guy from his ego or greed, whichever is the reason he is doing this to himself.

He was once a great fighter who relied on athleticism to win fights. When it was gone, he became an average fighter. He doesnt have the smarts like Hopkins. The only thing going for him is that it only takes one punch to knock him out. Ali took more power punches in one bad round against Frazier than Roy has taken to Ko him in 5 fights.

2 ko losses in 7 years and this is your comment.

get with reality. if he wants to fight on, then let him. he is only hurting his legacy. if he were to continually get ko'd then fair enough.

how about raising your voice regarding the no-name boxers who have 20/30 ko's instead.

Roy should be banned from boxing for his own health

There is no point anymore, he doesn't need the money and has no chance of lifting a world title

So why continue? His legacy is already tarnished beyond repair

any governing body that sanctions a fight between a guy w/ 20 ko losses and pascal should be stood up in front a firing squad as well.

i say this as a life long fan of roy. he was my favorite fighter growing up. have you ever met roy? i have on a couple occassions when he would come to town while playing semi pro basketball. he should not be allowed to continue. this is my comment and i'm perfectly in line with reality. if you don't like then respectfully disagree or **** off.

and i'll edit to note that in may of 2004 roy got knocked out by tarver. may of 2011 he gets knocked out. he got knocked out twice in between so i don't know where you are getting this 2 times in seven year **** either.

I hope this is just an assumption more than anything else. Roy will be freaking humiliated.

What? No he wasn't...it was obvious Holmes was pulling his punches...Ali was doing absolutely nothing but laying against the ropes. If Holmes wanted to take him out he could have, and if Holmes was trying to take him out that night, then Holmes is the most overrated fighter in boxing history...

If Roy must fight he needs to fight journeymen opponents. Roy was great in his prime and an ATG but his not is up to be honest.
