Roy Jones "Calzaghe in the top 5 of all time and my toughest ever opponent"

Holy ****, how cool is Roy Jones Jr now that he's been knocked out? I hope every fighter gets knocked out at least once, then they might be as down to earth and pleasent as Jones is infront of the camera. He never used to be like that. I'm a fan.

 

Age has more to do with it..the guy's turning 40 in January ! Zab Judah was knocked out and was still a little biatch at times after that...

 

Either way, Roy Jones is stunning. :good I hope he wins.

 

Roy has always been cool...just cause you don't want to deal with the media doesnt make you a dick.

Who is this Roy Jones and were was he his whole career? This Jones is media friendly and is giving his opponent praise. This isnt the Jones that I know.

I dont think for one second that Jones actaully thinks that....However Jones is always been a respectful fighter, he doesnt start with the sh*t talking until after the other guys starts, but now he said that he want do it at all.

 

Jones wanted to keep his personal life away from his boxing life. It wasnt that he was Barry bonds, but he sure wasnt Charles Barkley. I think that Jones knows that win or lose this fight his place in boxing rest with the boxing media, and thus he has been nicer to them.
