honestly as a boxer myself the harder shots got landed by hopkins but i honestly feel the fight could have gone either way and compubox is kind of bull**** it can't judge Damage but cant fight with what happend but i do think JOE would KILL roy joe puts more pressure on u than glen johnson does

I've read an article where Roy says he thought Joe won.

    Anyway I agree about Compubox.

Using Compubox as "proof" that Calzaghe won is as weak an argument as Hopkins using his ugly unmarked face as "proof" that he won.

    Neither of them mean ****.

Not sure on this. He throws more punches, but he doesn't lean on you like Johnson does. Calzaghe is more of a swarmer to me than a pressure fighter.

Roy never said Hopkins won. He said either Calzaghe won or it was a draw.

I wish the whining about the decision from Hopkins fans would stop. :|

Joe won the fight - get over it.

Get used to it. Hatton was dominated and KO'd, yet his fans are still bitching about that fight.

The way judges score fights is kind of inconsistant these days. I remember BJ flores beating wilson in a very close fight where wilson was the defending champ (of whatever that belt was) even though wilson threw/landed more according to compubox! what gives?

Oscarsexuals still claim De La Hoya was robbed against Mayweather, Trinidad, and Mosley.

Klit-Lickers still claim that Wlad was drugged against Brewster and Vitali "never really lost a fight".

Hell, let's go back over 2 decades. Hagler's fans still whine about the "robbery" against Gay Ray.

alot of people feel that way, thats why its not that big of deal.

2 of 3 judges that night perfered the fighter who through the most instead of the more effective shots.

thats how it goes sometimes.aint to much you can do about that.

Another sign that Roy Jones has been taking too many shots to the head lately.

I think he had Calzaghe winning which is to be expected though since he is fighting him next up.

If he was fighting Hopkins next you can bet your bottom dollar that he will say he thought Hopkins won.

Nothing against him, I think he's a damn good commentator/analyst when he's not involved though.

I don't believe Roy said that ... he wants to fight Calzaghe and was rooting for Calzaghe to win.

The fight was close and could be seen as a toss up fight ... but I doubt Roy said that.
