    First of all, he didn't lose 25Lbs. of pure muscle. At almost 200Lbs. his bodyfat percentage was probably about 10%... you do the math.

    Great fighter? No doubt. The best ever? No.

    i actually think roy might have been the greatest of all time talent wise. i wish he fought in an earlier era so we could have proven it.

    Don't let that letter intimidate you too much, the anabolic steroid he tested positive for was andro, and could be purchased over the counter at GNC at the time. It was not banned until about 2004. Roy also passed both of his follow up tests and never tested positive again.

    do I completely excuse it? No, but that letter certainly does not tell the whole story, and looks pretty bad.
