Style wise if you put all 3 at around the same weight i would actually agree with Roy.
Pac poses a greater threat as hes a left handed destroyer that punches from unusual angles.

Floyd does not hit hard enough nor is he active enough to have any chance vs a physical freak like Roy.
Much how Hopkins was ineffective (i know Floyd and Hopkins are not identical) Roy would find the holes and fluster Floyd.
