Again look at the drastic change he forced his body through. Your credbility is declining just as rapidly.

oh right, nothing to do with, over the counter suppliments that eventually became illegal in the US, and were probarbly illegal elsewhere in the World.
There we are, thats put me straight now.

Dont get me wrong I think, Roy Jones Jnr pre September 2003, was from a different planet, was unbelievable, was superhuman, so I agree with his fans that make those types of comments about Roy.

I love both these boxers but Jones had way too much for Calzaghe anytime before the Ruiz fight. A wide UD or a late stoppage for Jones are the only results possible as I see it.

A skills-diminshed Jones was not competitive enough to beat a prime Calzaghe as we have seen. Calzaghe by wide UD.

Calzaghe beat up Roy Jones in Roys back yard very badly when they finally met, with Joe even showboating.

he weighed 199 (theres a video of him on a different scale and even the guy who did the weight said he messed up)

On top of that. Even Roy was at 193. He would normally weigh 185 at LHW. Thats still 8 extra lbs of muscle he cut off. And he maintained his weight after the Ruiz fight expecting to fight Tyson but that fell apart. Losing 8lbs of muscle in a short period of time is bad. Add 5-7 more and its REALLY bad.

People focus on Roy Jones taking the weight off, the clever trick here was putting on 25 lb of pure muscle inside 6 months as Jones was ripped, cut and chiseled come fight time.
How did he manage that ? a lot of eating and a lot of training I guess.

He didn't put on 25lbs. He put on 15lbs. Which is easily doable in 6 months.

Against Clinton Woods he weighed 174 3/4 and against Ruiz it is said he weighed 199, that is a gain of 24 1/4 lbs.

    It is said...

Well it was said by the scale that he weighed 193. And going by weigh-in weight is misleading as he wasn't walking around at 174 3/4, probably more like 185 or so. Not hard to put on. Tough to take off though

Okay. He weighed against Clinton Woods at 175. Did you forget he added weight after the weigh in?

Roy Jones weighed in on fight night around 185 a lot.

The 193 scale was wrong. Mackie Shilstone weighed Jones that morning and he weighed 200lbs.

Jones weighed 199 on a different scale after the weigh in as well.

The guy who did the weight said he got them up and off because of the fight that was happening on the platform.

NP. Theres a video on youtube of the build up to the Ruiz fight with Jones.

It's the 3rd or 4th video out of a 6 or 7 part series I think. Im not sure 100% but its on there.
