I didn't, Larry Merchant told that to Steve Kim in a private interview at Larry's house.

Yes, and Andy Lee's mother feels the same way. Great, Steward is his trainer.

Be prepaired to become devastated on fight night!! Roy Jones career is on a one way ski slope with no possible jump at the end of the hill.

I mentioned this in a previous post - Steward did say that. He said it Larry Merchant.

IF roy wins. he hasn't exactly won a big fight......since Tarver I and we all know that wasn't a total blowout. I think the roid use has caught up with him and he is vulnerable in the chin area. He could win, if calzaghe comes in too relaxed and unmotivated. But, I doubt that will happen. The stamina factor will be heavily in calzaghes favor, as it was against bopkins.

Roy is an all-time favorite of mine and I assure you a win for him would make me REALLY happy and for a LONG time. Though it's hard to believe but anything is possible in boxing, Joe throws punches from odd angles, has very stamina, a very good chin and speed. RJJ has some of his speed(fades in a few rounds), stamina is gone, movement isn't the same and only has power at this point. Joe will land punches Roy won't see coming and I really hope they don't bother him, RJJ and his team already admitted they will be fighting off the ropes, watch the first few rounds with Jones being in the middle of the ring then go to the ropes as his stamina is out.

He needs activity to beat a man like Calzaghe and he doesn't have much of that left, I just hope a big punch ends this or Jones shows some signs of the past and throws/lands enough/more punches than Calzaghe and bank some rounds. I'll be begging to see some of that, it's unlikely but there's always hope. I just know for sure that Calzaghe would NOT have signed for this if RJJ even had 1% of what he once did.

Roids are always available, age isn't. It's his age, I doubt roids have anything to do with it, the man has had 56 fights and I don't see a SINGLE NC on his record with "Roids" being the reason. Bull**** rumors don't do it for me, Toney has been caught and many others too.

    Innocent until proven guilty.

James Toney was caught TWICE @ HW... something I think should've gotten him BANNED for life.

Man, Hopkins damn near beat him without damn near absoulely no movement at all...I think counter punching is more of a factor than movement. Trust me, if Joe goes sloppy with the punches like he did against Manfredo, He will be repeatedly tagged. Roy seen something he liked, and he will show it...I don't think he would have signed otherwise...he lobbied for this fight hard.
