Read it again: he was actually questioning the 116-111 score. The thing that has never happened is that judges are rarely held accountable for truly bad scorecards. Round by round scores should be made public (sometimes they are, but it doesn't seem to be consistent) and if there are obvious mistakes, there should be consequences. Unfortunately, these people just move on to judge other fights.
