1. Roy was never affiliated or linked with Balco in any shape, form or fashion.
2. Roy tested positve for androstenedione which is NOT an anabolic steroid, but was prematurely classed as an anabolic steroid in the early 2000's.

Roy was extremely talented, but he dominated a shitty weightclass and then went on to dominate one of the shittiest heavyweight champions of all time in John Ruiz. He was the harlem globetrotters of boxing. A lot of flash and tricks but never had to face real competition.
