RJJ is very underrated now because most people here didn't see him fight in his prime. Had he retired after he beat Ruiz at HW he would be thought of much higher here and still have that superman aura he had in his prime but since he didn't and hung around too long and went back to 175 and got koed multiple times since then that's all these new school boxing fans remember. Damn shame really because at his peak there has never been a boxer in history like him.

I can dig it! Roy didn't duck anyone to me. It's just that I have a hard to proving it!

Yeah as new generations come in the previous aren't really respected, rather diminished. You know how hard it is for me to claim Dr. J aka Julius Irving could hang with Lebron James? LOL!

May you pimp on long enough to see Lomachenko at 44 years of age catching ass whooping after "I SAID DAYUM ass whoopin...listening to his era TRY to explain what he did in his first few years!!

If I managed Roy I wouldn't let him shake hands with Gerald in the ring, much less fight him.

    Exactly

Roy trashed his legacy by fighting on, and getting bounced by and beaten by fighters who wouldn’t even land one punch on him in his prime.

He should have retired after beating Ruiz at HW. That’s approximately 49 fights and an entire career up to that point.

It’s such a shame and I have been saying this for years. Retire before you tarnish your legacy, but he has tarnished it.

true but its still something more than LHW, not forgetting the guy came up from MW.

That you dont see anyone else doing it legit, has to be a clue for you to not write what you wrote surely. What made you hit the reply button before that occurred to you?
