Pretty much. Smith is one of those punchers who can turn a fight around out of nowhere but doesn't have a lot of aggression or pressure to scare people nor does he have the skill to really make the most of his power. A relatively "Safe" B to C level puncher who is fairly easy to beat on points but has a good chin so being too aggressive is a bad idea. Roy should win at least 7 times out of 10 as long as he doesn't get overconfident or tries to look cool.
