You are out of your goddamn mind. Floyd is not higher ranked than Roy. Who has Floyd beat who is on the level of a prime Hopkins? Prime Toney? And at this rate if he does fight and beat Pacquiao, it will be post prime Paquiao.

Roy was beating ATG fighters in their primes, and he did it all the way up to heavyweight when he beat Ruiz who while not an ATG heavyweight, is certainly a great heavyweight. While Floyd is fighting guys like Ortiz in his thirties Roy was fighting Ruiz.
