Anyone who thinks RJJ stands a chance against Dawson needs to logoff of ESB and start watching some boxing matches. Dawson would slaughter RJJ at this point.

 

At this point of Roy's career, the youth is 2 much to overcome for him, along with the handspeed and everything else. This wouldnt be a wise fight for RJ
I cant really see Dawson losing.
I would love for Roy to win, but in all actuality I dont see that happening.

 

Im a huge fan of RJ!! but i cant believe dat idiots here actually voted Roy Jones By UD and it came in second place on the poll? its the calzaghe fans dat voted RJ by UD!! they want dawson 2 get beaten cuz they hate when their fighter is threatened or accused of being afraid of another fighter,like i said i luv RJ,but I had 2 vote Chad Dawson BY KO,RJ wouldent survive

 

In his prime no contest Jones easily. But let's look who is out there for Chad. Johnson and Roy. Make it happen fight Roy if you win then fight johnson.

 

Dawson by UD he's simply too busy and has too much speed for Roy right now.

 

Chad is and has been the LHW champ bar NONE. He would stop Roy, beat the hell out of Joe Calzaghe, and get an easy points win over BHOP. It is his youth, handspeed, size, and talent. Chad is in his physical prime the other three are old and faded.

 

Let me remind you of the prediction you made regarding Roy's last outing.

Dawson definatly wins this, but i think Roy might hold on for the distance.

This would be a terrible fight, i would hate to see it happen. I'm afraid to say though i think its a possibility. Dawson is a fighter who needs to get names on his resume and exposer. And Roy just seems to be willing to take any fight and have no regard for not tarnishing his legacy.

Also what has Rico got against Roy, did he run over his dog or somthing?

 

Damn Im the biggest Jones fan on this site, but I just dont see how anyone could pick him to beat Dawson at this point. I think even in his prime Dawson would have gave Jones more problems then anyone eles before getting knocked out, but he has almost no shot at winning that fight now.

 

Rico was at some club with his girl and Roy winked at her and she giggled. Rico saw this and knew he couldn't do anything about it cause he would get his glass jaw shattered. He was actually holding a cup, and he was so angry he held it too tightly and it shattered. Now he has nightmares everyday of shattering glass and Roy winking at his girl.

At this point in his career I would pick Jones over Hugo Garay (WBA), Adrian Diaconu (WBC), and Zsolt Erdei (WBO). However I would pick Dawson over Jones.

 

At this point Dawson probably wins by knockout. If not, Dawson by a wide margin. Roy Jones is beyond shot.

In his prime Roy wins this one without doubt, but his prime is faded in the rear view mirror.
