    At cw I don't see how anyone could favour jones.

    Atleast at the lower weights you can argue that patterson would be drained but at cw a fully capable floyd would be the quickest and hardest punching guy jones ever faced.

    Although interestingly, floyd used the byrd line of "i gorged myself to be a hw but really I was a small lhw" for whatever that's worth

    Johansson has a punchers chance like any heavyweight against Jones. I don't think he'd be able to land much against the SMW or LH versions of Jones. Jones lands a lot of Ingemar but he's not stopping him early. Maybe late but not early.

    At cruiser and heavy, Jones is fair game for any heavyweight champion, prime for prime.
