    While I am in the camp that Jones has not a Glass jaw, not granite either, but he would never take that fight.

    He initially wanted to fight Comeback Douglas but his dad convinced him it was too dangerous.

    He went MIA for months before he signed the Ruiz fight, the fight was on ,the fight was off and so on and on

    Holmes Cooney would murder Jones.

    If Gerry had survived he may have had a real shot to get Spinks but you can’t fault the ref Gerry took like 30 punches without firing back. Spinks saw his chance and took it.
