Roy Jones Jr. vs Harry Greb

This is 'the best ever' vs 'the greatest ever'.

 

Greb was noted for being incredibly quick on his feet. He would need to be given Jones reflexes, speed and power.

We are looking at a modern fighter who had undeniable gifts,and matching him with an early ATG whom ,NONE of us has seen in ring action.

No, its a slow saturday and i love highlighting morons like you who follow me around by my coattails. After all of the pms youve sent me begging for fight footage its pretty immature for you to start attacking me because i dont have any interest in selling. Does it make you feel better? Like youve hurt me? Lol. "Oh please, dont say such hurtful things to me mr anonymous internet user" lol! Or maybe you thought that i would suddenly say: "ill give you all the footage you want if you stop talking bad about me." Lol. Uhh no. In reality it takes me about two minutes to reply to dip****s like you and greg. Unlike you two knuckle dragging mouth breathers i can type fast and dont need a dictionary to formulate an intelligent sentence.

My prediction for this fight is that Jones ducks Greb like he did every other threatening opponent this side of Toneys lazy ass and then blames Greb for the fight not coming off. Hed then finally agree to fight Greb 10 years later when the fight didnt mean anything and would get shockingly and brutally knocked out by the light hitting Greb because he has a jaw of fine china and never learned the first thing about basic boxing fundamentals. Thats just my pick though. Id even spot Roid all the steroids he could injest and still pick Greb.

One thing worth pondering on this one is that if Greb is time machined to meet Jones' schedule, he almost certainly equals it or is close to equalling it.

If Jones is time machined and faces Greb's schedule, it is hard to imagine him being as successful.

I still pick Jones, head to head in a modern three fight series, but as far as what he actually did, Greb is probably the more impressive. It is also likely that his chin was quite a bit better, and work rate higher. I think Roy hit harder and imagine him to be quicker because he is as fast as anyone i have ever seen. Still, Noone has seen how quick Greb was. Is it conceivable that he might have been as quick as Jones Jr?

No one can disagree and not say someone is ignorant blah blah...or worse!!! I genuinely like to read some poster's opinions...but it's getting very few are very far in between tbh.

 

This might actually be the case right here...Jones' speed and power would astound Greb...Greb's toughness, and ability to close distance, smother and mug would be difficult for anyone in the weight range to deal with...There!!! A post without denigrating either one!

 

There was before this dying **** graced us with his presence. Go back and look at the times hes popped up on this forum and see how it devolves. Sorry but when a guy makes a miserable ass of himself at every opportunity for the sake of being a miserable ass Im not going to shed any tears when he tells me he has cancer. I have no use for him and never have. Go back and look at every post the ******* has made, particularly in relation to me (and there are a lot) and youll see why i could give a rats ass if this piece of **** gets hit by a bus. His behavior is rooted in the fact that i dont agree with his ridiculously high opinion of darcy and can actually state an intelligent argument for why... And guess what, most people agree.
