Roy Jones Jr vs Mike Tyson (Fantasy Fight)

Part of the reason tyson quit was that Mcbride was a huge sack of **** constantly leaning on Tyson and smothering his shots with his flab.

Jones really hasnt got anywhere to run and i dont see him potshotting Tyson without getting caught, sooner or later he WILL get caught, everybody got caught by Tyson at some point or another

 

I think Tyson would/could figure Jones out ala Botha and Mathis Junior.

I dont think Tyson would have a problem with speed, size maybe, but not speed.

I believe Toney could do the job, not Jones though.

 

I respect your opinion, but I don't agree in any way.

It was nothing to do with him being leaned on. His heart wasn't in it, he wasn't training, he was just fighting purely for money, and he sat on his stool, and just gave up. You heard what he said it afterwards in his interview.

Without being disrespectful to McBride, we both know he wouldn't have made it through the 1st round, back in the day.

There's no way that washed up version of Mike from 2005, could possibly have beaten either the Ruiz version of Roy, or a hypothetical 26 year old, 200 pound version of Roy.

Mike would have quit a lot earlier than he did against McBride in my opinion. Mike was so washed up, and Roy was so fast, it would have been easy for Roy.
