I suppose by "serious answers" you mean we can only choose Ali or it will upset people like all the other Clay vs fantasy match ups.

With that been said, RJJ wide UD.

Ali was not really a destroyer...unless he had the Nark about something... so i could imagine him entering into the spirit of this "ShowBiz" meeting...Mock Scowls and Pantomime predictions of doom for "Toy" Jones....as to the bout...it could start off looking like Ali-Bugner 1st..with Roy dancing Around..and Ali Long-Stride Pursuing...perhaps winding up a Bolo...Jones would probably try a few Flurries...and Ali would pull out the "Knees-Dip" routine...but once the "Fun-Run" period had run its course...and Jones try's a few Limelight stealing Bursts with a Serious intent, Ali now sets his mind to Slapping this upstart down...the first stage is to shock "Toy" with a very fast accurate Jab...Ali's Serious Jab...A look at Jones face shows that he knows...the Coloring book and crayons of playfulness have been cast aside...The brushes and oil's of a true artist have now been picked up...and Jones now finds that there is no piece of the Canvas free from the strokes of this natural Master.

If jones thought his Flurries were special...Ali starts to introduce him to a severe form of his own Medicine...for Speed and Accuracy.. Ali might well pull the power..Ever the Artist looking for Masterpiece ending....Classic Beautiful...not Crude Dangerous...I can see an ending Similar to the Friendly Ellis affair..a flashing right hand stuns Jones...in the fog of being stunned by the blow, Jones recognises he was also stunned by speed and accuracy, a talent he thought was a god-given exclusive to him...in the nano-seconds these thoughts...this realisation hits him...a second right hand hits him...it looks on replays like the Folly termination shots...but with Jones sagged on the Ropes...Ali waves the Ref in and flicks a couple of Jabs at Jones...The Ref does not need a second invitation...perhaps being on a pre-warning not to let the Pensacola Gazelle in a fistic abattoir (Bob Foster should of been so Lucky against Smoking Joe..) The Fans and TV had a good show, Nobody got Hurt, Everyone's Pension fund earned a nice little Tickle...a typical Ali Roadshow Event in other words....

Being completely serious, Ali would have easily beaten Roy for the simple reason that Roy did not have the chin to take the shots he'd be taking from HW Ali. Roy could get by against the likes of Ruiz because Ruiz did not have the speed or skill to tag Roy, whereas Ali had both.

That is probably the most sensible post i have ever read on the internet.

Ruiz was tailor made for Jones which is why he fought him, and then f***ed off back out of the division.

at the catchweight probably Jones due to Ali's dehydration,
if Jones move up and fight at the same weight as vs Ruiz then
its will be KO01 for Ali
