He is old. I thought he was in great shape for a 40 yr old, I would!

I was going to say the samething, what belt is he holding there? Is it me or does Roy throw a lot of hooks without turning the wrist? He did that with Joe and dropped him. He should turn his wrist more often to get the full impact of the hook. He is still trying to fight like the old RJJ. He has improved some with his defence, but those almost have my eyes closed uppercuts are going to cost him. Needs more work if he is going to try to take on a elite fighter or champion. He can do it and hopefully afterwards he retires.

 

Btw, the title is the WBA NABA light-heavyweight title.

I thought it was either a WBA or WBO minor type regional belt, with this title it can put Roy in line for a WBA title shot.
