I had it 95-94 the Polish guy, but this was no robbery. Several rounds were so uneventful that it wouldn't be hard to say the Roy was slightly less shitty in the round than I gave him credit for.

This was sad to watch. Roy had average speed, no balance, looked sad showboating, and threw about 3 combos the entire fight. There were several counter opportunities where you could see his legs hesitate. He couldn't pull the trigger.

That said, a loss would have only delayed the inevitable. Roy could talk himself into a million excuses (I was going to bet on "all the chaos about not knowing who I was going to fight threw me off my game") had he lost and kept going. Now, he'll probably get to the fight he was going to continue to fight for anyway.

Please don't let him get hurt too badly in the next fight. And please let that be it.

I'm sorry bruh but it seems no one in his life is going to stop him and you know boxing promoters will continue to exploit his name until they can't anymore.

A horrible thing to say but I would'nt be suprised if it did indeed happen. Roy is just so ****ing fragile in there. It was so painful to watch. The comission or whoever has to step in and do something. Roy will never ever be competitive with anyone in the higher ranks.

I felt bad saying it but the man will continue to box until someone steps in or he dies. I don't see any other option. He's one of the guys that got me hooked on the sport so I don't want anything awful to happen to him.

OK, so it wasn't just me...

I got in fairly late, at about the halfway point, in time for the knockdown (silly ass, showboating and trying to rely on those fadeaway reflexes, STILL... :-() and obviously didn't bother starting to keep score or even follow the rest of the thread...but even missing the first half it seems that the scoring for Roy was a bit - far-fetched, would be a polite way to phrase it. :!:
