Call me when Jones is a 6'4 heavyweight that hits with authority. Vaulin was a good boxer and an average hitter at HW but he still hit harder than RJJ.

    So what? He's a H E A V Y W E I G H T, something that RJJ never was.

Do you think every heavyweight automatically hits harder than every boxer below the weight class?

Ruiz beat a series of contenders. Tommy beat one who had cement feet and struggled with Stewart.

Yep,, there's a reason Roy didn't defend the title at heavyweight, there were no more Ruiz's out there and he'd have gotten starched in a way that made his KO loss to Tarver look like a love tap.

That’s nonsense. He could’ve fought Oquendo, Holyfield, and Byrd before calling it a day.

Tarver was more than credible at the time.

He would’ve toyed with Holyfield like Toney did.

...and he'd have made far,far more money fighting Evander than Tarver wouldn't he?

Jones couldn't handle Morrison's power. Morrison by ko in 7.

You’re arguing that Roy should’ve paded his bank account instead of having a legacy fight. Now that’s funny.

It doesn’t matter about P4P ability.

I tell you that all of the time.

It’s always how they’d have matched up stylistically.

It’s like Corrie Sanders being a career B level HW.

You could easily argue that Ruiz had a better resume.

Yet Roy would have had absolutely no chance of beating Sanders.

You could also argue that Ruiz has a better resume than Tommy.

Yet Tommy would have been a much tougher proposition.
