Watched it again just before and it was a great entertaining fight. Vinny was fired up to **** and they really hated each other. Paz actually got Roy on the ropes a few times and landed but Roy was unreal in this fight. The jab was insane! The fastest jab ive ever seen and the finishing combo will always be classic. Also Roy didnt get hit at all in round 4. Incredible.

Never seen this fight before. If I find it on Youtube I'll have to check it out.

Vinny was a blown up fighter in this fight. Wasn't this the fight where Roy went a whole round without getting hit. Complete mismatch

It would have been a mismatch at any point in time.

Good fight. Reminded me of WWF wrestling back in the early 90s when the superstar name would just toy with and destroy a no name bum just to go thru the repotoir of moves for the crowds enjoyment.

It was an embaressing ending for the PAZ aswel. Roy finished him off like a good guy finishes a dumb bad guy off on a kids movie. Superb combo and he was gone

Pazienza had moved up too many divisions. My most impressive memory from Jones fight was Pazienza still talking trash on way down from punches. He's getting beat up and talking at same time, then seems to be still telling Jones he ain't got nothng as he's going down from force of punches. He was one tough fighter, if he had stayed down at welterweight after comeback from car wreck he could have held title a while. He got too caught up in own act, and the bodybuilding. His last few fights he was at 168 for weigh ins, then as much as 180 day of fight.

This is possibly Jones' most impressive win. Its definitely worth checking....

The offensive skills displayed and the way he finishes Pazienza, unreal. This is when Roy was still doing 'super man' type stuff in the ring.

It isn't near his most impressive, he gave Vinny a terrible beating and it was hilarious when juxtaposed with Vinny's posturing.

A lot of the experts, including Steward, were predicting a 12 round decision for Roy, based on Vinny's toughness.

Pazienza had one of the most memorable excuses for a loss - because the fight was delayed a little, he entered the ring coming down from his caffeine high :rofl.
