Well compared to Mayweather, I would have to say Mayweather makes Roy Jones Jr a humble guy.
Does Floyd really believe what he says? He has only beating 1 A grade fighter in Hatton and thinks he is the ****.

Jones suffered a TON of criticism in his prime, much like Mayweather today. Now, it is all forgotten because he has been humbled by knockout losses.

Remember the "Roycott" for his "boring PPVs"? He was also widely criticized for not fighting Michaelchezsi, and other men such as Michael Nunn, Chris Eubank, Nigel Benn, and an under-40 Mike McCallum.

Does it ever occur to ANY of you that Mayweather being that cocky and arrogant is just for show????
You know,to sell tickets? Ali wasnt actually that big of a jerk in reality, neither was Naz,or most other fighters that seem arrogant.

Im quite certain his whole persona coming up to fights is to SELL TICKETS! and you all eat it up,and go out and buy the pay per view because you want to see him get beaten.

Just like Floyd wants you to!

Humble my ass! Jones made rap videos about how great he was and often referred to himself in the third person and wasn't shy about telling people he was the best p4p fighter in the world. Jones was also critisized for ducking certain opponents and also bored the **** out of everyone during many of his PPV's. All things which Floyd has done.

They're both one in the same as far as I'm concerned. Both guys have gigantic egos.

I have proof that Eubank turned Roy down twice. Michaelzewski always said he wanted to fight Roy but he was just kidding himself. Roy tried contacting him before and no response. They once before in 1999 on two sides of an interviewer and took questions about facing each other.

Stop saying Roy ducked these fighters, a lot of fighters were scared of Jones that's why Roy couldn't get the big fights.

The only fighter that I think Jones didn't try to strike a deal with was Nunn.

All the interviews ive seen with him in recent years,he comes across as a decent family man.

Funny too. Although what happened with that car crash, leaves a sour taste.

As for the person who said Mayweather only ever fought one grade A fighter....Are you ****ing kidding me?

Castillo,Corrales,De La Hoya were ALL grade A fighters!
