Roy Jones Jr.... Why?

Jones has one of the worst Glass Jaws in the sport. It is pitiful how bad his Chin is. No wonder he carefully crafted and manuvered his career through weight classes avoiding the top fighters. Had he fought anyone he would have been KOed waaaaaaaay before Tarver did it.

 

Well at least I know im not crazy. Its bizarre and disconcerting. Ive never seen that in another fighter whatever it is. I agree its got to be neurological. its almost like hes there but hes not. Something that should have been addressed 8 years ago and definitely before being allowed to get back in the ring. I wonder if the commissions required extra tests, but either way he belongs nowhere near a boxing ring unless its ringside on HBO

 

What I just can't wrap my head around is if he wanted to keep fighting, which it seems he does given his money situation, why on earth would you fight the hardest punching fighter a division north of you? Couldn't he have worked out a deal with Italy's Giacobbe Fragomeni? USS Cunningham? A Zsolt Erdei...you know....guys who just don't punch all that hard?
