Calzaghe is just trynna bank on Roy because he's way past his prime. If these 2 would've fought in Roy's prime days, Roy would've spanked this guy and probably KO'd him. If not KO'd him, definetely would've won 10 - 12 rounds against Joe. Roy has beaten guys that would've beaten Jones in their prime(Toney, Hopkins)

woulda, should, coulda. We don't know what would have happened in Roy's Prime because he did not fight not only Calzaghe but a boat load of other guys also. :deal

Dont worry, I got ya back bro. I aint bout to let these bandwagon posters disrespect RJJ & give all credit in the world to some guy whos biggest career achievements are beating 40+ year old shot fighters.

FACT: If this was 1996, JC would just be a another notch on Roy's record. Only reason this is even going to be close is b/c this isnt nearly the best Roy.

Man, if you dont know what woulda happened back then, you must have never seen Roy in his prime or you're blind. Are you seriously telling me Calzaghe would have any chance of beating Roy?

Did you think Buster Douglas was going to knock out Mike Tyson? It is why they actually fight. And it is why I love the sport of Boxing because anything can happen to any fighter on any night. :good

Hell yeah. These dudes are crazy. Calzaghes best win is over a 43 yr old! HAHAHAHAHA! And he takes pride in that. He wouldnt beat a prime Hopkins, Toney or Jones. Jones woulda wiped the floor with Calzaghe back in the day. The only reason Calzaghe has a chance is because Roy is past it. Calzaghe is in his prime, if not just slightly past his prime, but Jones is way past his prime. Yes, the only reason I'm not 100% sure about the outcome of the fight is because Jones is way ast his prime.

he used to judging by his ko percentage which is good for his weight. I think his hands are a little too brittle and he focusses more on speed and work rate. I don't think its out of the question for Roy Jones to be ko'd by any stretch, but I think its unlikely. Its silly for you to make a sarcastic :patsch. you don't know whats going to happen any more than the rest of us.
