Yea he usually does its just that there will always be among boxing fans this idea of the golden age where everybody from back then was a demi-god and no one today can ever be on the same level as them.
Just like Evander Holyfield he has done alot to tarnish his own legacy. There's no doubt in his prime RJJ was the most physically gifted fighter ive ever seen live or recorded. If he would have walked away from the sport after the first Tarver fight, or maybe fought Chris Byrd at heavyweight and had 2 titles and retired he would be getting alot more respect today than he does imo.
