You have already said Hill was way past it when Jones beat him, did you know that Jones was older than Hill when he was knocked out?

Why do other fighters get your nod for being past their best while Jones was "exposed"?

that is the whole point I have been trying to make for years on here but he and the other Jones nuthuggers will not listen and refuse to believe their hero could ever lose a fight. His whole career was smoke and mirrors hell even Roy basically admits he took the path of least resistance.

 

Because your hero Rico that has never lost an argument on Esb, said Jones started getting knocked out all over the place as soon as he stepped up in competition after an 8 year period of fighting bums.

I would say in that whole list there is not a more sure hall of famer than Roy himself... They suffered more for not fighting him.

Hell, Eubank said he didn't even want to fight Roy. Benn and Roy were ****ed by Don King, Calzaghe was a nobody when Jones was prime...

Why haters just have to list every fighter that Roy didn't fight and say he ducked them is beyond me.

I was just letting you know, that that good competition that he stepped up to and started getting knocked out, split matches with a couple of those "bums" that he dominated for 8 years.

 

the sad truth is that rico is correct.

feather fists johnson may be distinctly average but he's no sanitation worker. he marked a step up in jones's competition.

 

the reason some of those fighters have losses is because they took chances and made big fights happen. Jones refused to do so. They are called 'World' champions for a reason.

So are you telling me Muhammad Ali was not 'too good' to travel to fight but Jones was? That is laughable. Ali fought several guys in THEIR OWN BACKYARD for christ sakes but you think Jones was too great to have to compromise to make a big fight happen?

Jones was a fraud. A joke. He avoided MULTIPLE big fights and either cherry picked or moved up in weight to avoid risky fights. His own network called him 'reluctant' Roy for a reason. :deal Even they got sick of his crap.

Yeah he told his mum that he was going to shoot her, his mum freaked out and called Jackie. Jackie called the cops and the rest is history. When his contract with Jackie expired they they parted ways Bill Miller was sacked after the first Griffin fight.
