Roy Jones is shot but he can still beat some contenders. The Jones today is NOT Jones. I have noticed for a long time even before the first Tarver fight that Jones' leg is gone. He no longer explodes from left to right on a dime and throw with power and speed. The Jones vs Joe was a shell. As he peek a boo the whole fight. His punches still got a lot of speed and flash but he doesn't put his body into it. What happen to his signature leaping left hook to his powerful rights? I hope he retires before he damages his legacy further.

Very good, we need to keep discounting Calzaghe's opposition since we don't want that Brit to get the stupid ass P4P title.

Jones is done. WELL DONE imo. I cant discount him out just yet. He might pull off a hopkins down the horizon (very unlikely though). There are lots of miracles happening in boxing right now.

Yo, dont worry about these selective sighted mother****ers that see what they want to see. It has been obvious Jones fights in a totally different style then when he did when he was p4p #1. He tries to rope a dope and cover up and counter but he is not as explosive and he for damn sure does not move around the ring like he once did. Like Bhop said. Roy could lead with a right hand from halfway across the ring in a blink. Now, he does not even get leverage with his punches consistently. His movement in the ring was one of his best assets. European posts dont count. For evidence go to any Haye thread about that fight when they actually said "Barrett PUSHED Haye down"..lol then said in the same ****ing thread that he slipped and the punch went over his head. Showed a GIF and a youtube clip and it clearly shown a punch catching the top of the head CAUSING him to go back off balance. They said Haye slung his head back avoiding the punch and lost his footing(being that neither of his feet actually moved out from under him). Its a pattern of Eurology. Jones been shot. He did not look good in his comeback trail. He had mediocre accomplishments since losing to Tarver in the 3rd fight where he posed and did ******ed show boat moves just for not getting knocked out. Then he almost got knocked out anyway. Current Jones has been a calamity.
