So Roy thinks he's Superman. Well, when I think of Roy Jones Jr in his prime, he seems more like Spider-Man to me. Those awesome reflexes, and power too. Those are two of Spider-Man's top attributes where Superman is also fast and strong, but he does all kinds of other **** too. Come to think of it, what other boxers can be compared to superheroes? Maybe Joe Calzaghe to the Silver Surfer, since some of y'all think Joe's God.
No one can argue that Roy owned the 1990's decade in terms of his p4p ratings, and his performances. Roy was "superman". He is now memory of "superman". He was unbeatable on his best day when focused. No one beat him when he had the A game and his was in his physical and mental prime, and the manner of his victories was so so so easy.:good
Prime for Prime, yes. Superman is the bigger draw, obviously so he would be the "top" in the negotiations and Spidey would for sure be the one getting bent over :deal Super would impose two stipulations only: Catchweight of 170lbs Reyes Webs A 170lb Spidey would have no chance of defending Super from clinching him and flying vertical to the upper layers of the atmosphere, and the Reyes (dental floss) webs would be no match for the strength of Supers flight and not able to hold him down. Spider man is burned up in a matter of 4 seconds :good
I dont see him yapping about the light heavyweight title---Dawson would whoop his ass and he knows it.
cause its all about the Benjamins at this stage in his career... And it wouldn't hurt to beat a couple of ATG's at the same time. Thats all he's trying to do.
