    Hey. There is no comparing Jones to Hamed. Like I said before, Jones is a legend and Hamed isn't.

    I'm just laughing at the amount of posters taking this thread extremely personal.

    This is very true. In fact I'd go so far as to say that Jones got gifts when he fought his biggest fights; Hopkins, Toney and Ruiz clearly won when they fought. In fact, I'd even go so far as to say that Park Si-Hun actually edged Jones for that gold; all this controversy is stupid. Roy really isn't anything when you think about it.

    Had Hamed been born in USA and ducked Barrera like Roy ducked Joe/Benn/Eubank early in his career you'd likely be saying Hamed was a better fighter than Roy was.

    Obviously the threadstarter has mental issues, but "ran over by a bus..intestines spill out and everyone points and laughs" and then "put nails between their toes and kick a wall repeatedly" is some hardcore ****. What's next, a Columbian necktie? I wasn't expecting to read something like that on here. There have been far more stupid statements said on ESB than "Roy Jones=Naseem Hamed", I mean recently we've had Michael Spinks being called a bum and some new system of placing boxers that uses the catagory Micro, aren't those more idiotic?

    It did made me laugh for a moment, sadistic, but funny to read nonetheless. It's always fun to here Sweet Pea lash out on the idiotic among us.

    Pea is disgusted with the noob horde that has infested ESB since the Jones-Calzaghe fight. It's either "Hamed is better than Jones" or "Calzaghe is a bum and has fought only bums". Pea can't stand it, you and I can't stand it, and every sane poster in this forum can't stand it either.

    Yeah, I just took a deeper look at the General forum and some of the threads and I'm starting to feel a bit disgusted. I don't think it's been this bad in the time I've been here.

    Roys 5 losses and multiple ko's once he actually fought a few good fighters in a row say otherwise :rofl At least Hamed had the sense to quit

    Like I said had Hamed been American and ducked Barrera like Roy ducked Joe/Benn/Eubank it would be near equal, being American throws you up about 50 spots in ATG rankings automatically, sad but true.
