Roy will dance with Danny for 12 rds & win a dec. I'm still keen to see Jones /Bhop rematch though. Styles make fights, form says Bhop but I think Roy will win a dec again.

All officials will be neutral - not an Aussie or American in sight. Should take out any controversy before it "happens" ;)

As much as I hope it all runs well and our officiating/refereeing isn't an embarassment, a big part of me really wanted Brian McMahon to ref this one.

No slight on the IBO there Phil...I just see it being one of those fights where there could be discrepencies between the judges scoring.

Roy is going to be sitting on the ropes a lot, nullifying a lot of Danny does but still getting outworked...Depending on the way the judge scores or his position relative to the action, that situation can be scored either way, as you well know...and as has actually happened in a few Roy bouts.

What surprises me about this bout is not people writing off Danny, which is refreshing to see actually because people are getting real about the kind of fighter he is right now..What surprises me is that people all of a sudden think Roy is back and are overlooking all the other elements surrounding this fight such as Danny's hometown advantage and Roy clearly looking past this fight.

That call will probably be wrong...Roy might be toast but where he came from is miles better then anything Danny ever was..but Im sticking with it.

What Phil won't say though is he was the lead actor in '4 men and a goat'.

Hometown advantage??? What the?? C'mon Rock, you know full well there is no hometown advantage. Firstly Green is a W.A lad, as you know, and secondly the Sydney fans are the most fickle in the country with no understanding of the word 'lotalty'. As soon as Jones lands a decent bomb on Green, the Stadium will erupt without fail, and the fans will be slapping themselves wondering who to follow....

    You already knew this.

    I agree Dominator,
If it goes the distance I predict a close decision to Jones. But at Jones age I think Green is in with a real chance of Stopping Jones.

Jones has to be able to make Green miss and move, With his aging Legs it will be interesting to see if he can.
