This is quite funny to see so many "edumacatedd :nut" boxing fans saying Green has better than a punchers chance :huh....and that he will win :admin

RJJ at 40 has more skill, speed, ring smartz and evasion that Danny boy can deal with.....remember Mundine VS Green....well RJJ is going to school Danny in a more superior fashion :deal

I see what you guys are thinking.....now he's 40 he has reduced fitness, he's lost his power, he's lost his movement and therefore lost his effectiveness.....next you will be saying he's got no speed and he's fat

RJJ can turn on the speed and he will outbox DG to a wide UD and will clown around on the inside and outside while DG throws 1000 air swings :deal

For me this will be a great fight as I like RJJ however I also like aussie boxers and Green.....I will be cheering on DG every time he lands a punch on RJJ's shoulder and gloves....all 10 times :hey

Its taken a while for the Green nut huggers to come back to life and in a few weeks we may even see some excuses on why he lost to Mundine coming up again :deal:rofl

As much as it sounds a bit harsh, in essence I agree with you.

Agree but it will be closer than the mundine beating unless Danny is thick. The mundine fight should serve as a not what to do against a slick fighter like Jones. As much as I don't rate him I admire his attitude for taking this fight and hope he's going to try his all and this isn't just a payday.

I'm not bothered who wins this cos if rjj wins we get the hopkins match and if Green wins he sets himself up for another whipping by the "man"!!

RJJ can't maintain the pace like he used to be able to, and will pick his shots and be quite economic with his punches.

If Green can rush him and put him on the back foot, and make him respect his jab, the body language of this fight will be in Green's favour.

I also think Green can outwork RJJ now (due to RJJs stamina issues) and thus the fight is a possibility of a ref or corner stoppage if RJJ clams up and sits on the ropes while Green thumps him at will.

And Ashley? Get ****ed you 'un-edjamacated' nuthugging piece of **** :yep

RJJ will want to be on the move constantly throughout the fight.
I cant see RJJ stopping Green and if he runs out of puff and sits on the ropes Green is every chance of landing solid puches which will make RJJ get off the ropes and run.
Green throws combinations and invariably connects on retreating targets, this will be to his advantage.
RJJ showed he still has speed but it looked like some of the sting is gone.
RJJ fitness will be what is put to test as Green keeps comming and comming.
Mudine played Green but he was as fit if not fitter than Green.
I doubt RJJ will have the same amount of fitness as Green comming into this fight.
If RJJ has a punch which will rattle Green, repeatedly, it will be the uppercut. But I cant see it stopping Green.

Nothing wrong with people saying Danny has a punches chance.
RJJ has been knocked out cold by Tarver and Jonson and i'd be confidant that Danny has the same power so as long as he can land a big punch he would be in with a shot at causing an upset:deal
At the end of the day Danny is stepping up and fighting one of the best fighters to ever lace up gloves...who's choc fighting again?:hi:

I thought my Green nut hugger comment may just cause a few shots across my lap top exposing the very essence of nut hugging you all trying to avoid :rofl

We all know Left Jab Danny is a big fan but had no idea Irnbruman was such a green nut hugger
