It's nice to see injustices like this acknowledged even though it is probably too late. The same way The WBC acknowledged Jeff Fenech getting robbed against Azumah Nelson and rewarding him with the belt recently. It goes to show that people don't forget so for all the clowns who try to justify robberies because their favorite was the beneficiary of it here is proof that it can't be swept under the rug forever.

Why in the world would Ward do that? Did you even see that fight? I swear some of you guys are very strange people. That was no robbery.

I suppose you scored Kovalev-Ward I for Ward?

Ward should also acknowledge that was an injustice, Kovalev having his 3 world titles stolen, as Roy Jones himself said after the fight.

The Joshua vs Savon fight was closer than the Cammarelle fight, I think. Two very close fights, though. Roy Jones' gold medal match was one of the worst robberies of all time, amateur or pro.

They shouldn't have done that. Roy's journey was impactful because he was cheated out of his gold coin. Giving it to him decades later ruins his adversity and everything

Man shut your negative ass up. Most western fighters would stay arrogant and claim they won it fair and square and never even think to do something like this

I don’t see what Ward Kovalev I has to do with you saying that he got away with a robbery in the Olympics. Which it clearly wasn’t. But it wasn’t hard to see that Kovalev looked like the stronger fighter in their first match. It was too close to call it a clear cut robbery.

As that old saying goes, "Better late than never"...

It would have been commendable 36 years ago, and it's commendable today.

I am not big on calling any fight a robbery but Kovalev Ward 1 is just a fight I have watched about 5 times and I just don't see how Ward wins let alone all 3 judges having it the same. It is really a gross fight to me.
