Roy Jones Junior has warned Felix Trinidad that he will be too fast for him when the duo clash at Madison Square Garden on Saturday.
The four-weight world champion believes not even Floyd Mayweather can match him for hand speed.

However Jones insists he also has the power to knock Trinidad out in their catchweight contest.

Jones said: "Guess who's back... Roy Jones Jnr. Ain't nobody got the speed to handle me. Only Floyd Mayweather comes close to me and he's still 10 miles an hour slower.

"The best birthday present for me on Saturday night would be a knock out. Tito's fighting the toughest fight of his career. He picked me to get up for this fight.

"He knows I'm a guy who normally beats him so he knows what type of shape he's got to get in to step into the ring with me. I understand that.

"I feel good. Now is just the waiting. You fight the fight a bunch of times in your head and I think of different ways to do it. I have several options and every night I think of a different option."

Roy Jones dominated Hop's weight class as well as all the others along the way, to finally take home a heavyweight belt. Middleweight has always been a better weight for major competition, and only Welterweight can compare. Jones followed the money, not the comfort level of staying at 160 his whole goddamned life. This is taking chances. It's not his fault the quality in each division was ****, he just moved up and took the belts. He had a beautiful contract with HBO. He fought some stinkers against stinkers, he fought against corpses just to make himself look good, but he also made some really good fighters look really bad. Not Jones' fault the #1 ranked guy was a part time garbage man.

Jones may be easy to hate, but I swear some people get delusional when it comes to recognizing he was more than just some bump in the road, especially to a guy he beat. I could see a Tarver fan shitting on Jones, but Hopkins? Hopkins was beaten by Jones! BEATEN!!! Only guy Jones didn't fight in Light Heavy was Calzaghe, for Christ sake. It's not like Hopkins wasn't turning everything down Jones' camp had to offer for a fight at 168. Jones offered 60/40 to the winner, Hopkins said no. Know why? He would lose and only get 40, and he knew it. The burden of proof was/is on Hopkins, Jones did his part and beat him already.

Roy should not fight Bernard nor Calzaghe if he has respect for himself. But if he is playin cocky kid at this stage, he'll lose to either one of them and would lose against a 160 pound Mayweather 2 ( with Jones at 170 pounds)...
