I'd love to see Tarver in there getting starched calling Mike the tin man. Tarver I'm sure is already counting excuses that Roy is making "oh I'm 40 to 50 lbs lighter'' than iron.

 

I'm surprised that some of you think that this exhibition is a potential steppingstone for either if "they win" and that the goal is to restart a career. Smart money is that pulling off a highly purchased exhibition is the be all and end all goal for both. What happens in the ring would be a far secondary goal to getting us to purchase it beforehand IMHO.

 

I was thinking of that one too. But Hendo and Shogun were also long in the tooth when they threw down.

 

My feeling is Roy will be gun shy in this fight.He does not have the chin or the legs and Tyson can still punch

Oh yeah! Dope fights, Hendo started late like Coture but was Shogun that old? I know he had a ton of miles on him. PRIDE NEVER DIE.

 

If Mike does not gass out, he will win with ease.
Both have lost speed and reflexes, but Mike is simply a bigger puncher and has a much better chin.

 

Tyson did an exhibition with Corey Sanders (not the fat South African) the crowd was booing near the end of the fight because Mike didn't try for a knockout.
