If Roy thought he could have beat Rahman he would have stayed at Heavyweight and fought him. Look, Glass Jaw Roy Jones HANDPICKED Ruiz because at the time he was the WORST beltholder and had no skills and had NOT had a KO since 1998! Yes, he had not KOed anyone in 5 years when they fought.

Rahman has a Glass Jaw also but then again he was only KOed by legit punchers not 2 guys with average power (Tarver) or below average power (Johnson). The Ruiz/Jones fight was a sham in so many ways it was not even funny. Jones won a paper belt and then told everyone he was THE Heavyweight champion.

RJJ wide UD. Rock couldn't catch him and would look clumsy as hell trying.

Jones win over Ruiz is better than a win over Rahman would've been.. ofcourse a win over the latter would've been way more overblown due to Rahman's claim to the lineal championship.

More than likely Roy but whilst Rahman was certainly no more skilled than Ruiz, I think he would have ****ed around less and went straight out there the KTFO and bash Roy.

9 times out of 10 Roy is to quick but I reckon Hasim would have given himself more of a chance at the upset than Ruiz did.

Rahman by KO. Too big and too strong. he would walk through Jones and just hit him anywhere till he connected to the head. RJJ doesn't have the size, or the punch to keep him off. There is a limit to what RJJ can do people. Have you ever seen him up close? He is not even a little heavyweight.
