My thoughts? Who cares? Jones is a name from the past, and he's fighting another semi retired fighter.Roy had his chance to wow us, instead he chose to rap(mostly about himself), raise chickens, talk tough, and cherry pick opponents.Now , theres lot of other good fighters around, that fight more than talk. Maybe Roy hasn't had enough of himself, but I have.
Lol o shut up you big lame hater. Roy fought good competition (4 HoF'ers and many other good fighters and champs), only a blind man would think otherwise. And so what he rapped and stuff, what about it? Roy wow'd boxing fans from the early 90's to 04 (or 05), to the extent that he is called one of if not the most gifted fighter ever. In the 90's there weren't a person who wasn't wow'ed by his ability, power, and speed. What hell are you talking about? As for his fight against Tito and others now, almost completely worthless.
I think he thinks he is still the fighter of the late 90's. One example is he said his hands are faster than Calzaghe. WTF. In what world??? Then he says he's got it back. He has said that for 4 fights already. Roy....you cant get it back. Although I think Roy was the greatest SMW ever....yes ever.....he might just get laid out this fight. His stubborness is starting to remind me of Holyfield.
Roy is quite funny in the 2nd video, fantastic fighter, he should win this with relative ease-you can tell he really excited for this.
